The Client

Fabletics of Crabtree Mall and GTA Fitness & Performance of Durham partnered with The Ambitious Group (d.b.a. Studio Vibes) to host a HIIT Bootcamp activation in conjunction with local gym/fitness trainers to promote physical fitness, mental wellness, and Fabletic's exclusive membership discount program within the local area.​​

The Goals

Create An Impactful Event: To provide young professionals within the RDU Area with a fun and new platform to socialize, workout, and inform themselves on ways to reach their personal fitness/nutritional goals.

Build a Comprehensive and Fully Integrated Campaign: To develop an expanded, fully integrated marketing campaign, accounting for online media, product/partnership marketing, and PR.

Leverage Fitness Influencers to Advertise In-Store Promotions: To align organic influencer marketing strategy alongside Fabletics's summer promotion to generate in-store visits at their new Crabtree Mall location.

Beats & Body Fitness Fest - Official Recap

The inaugural Beats & Body Fitness Fest was held at Midtown Park, in the North Hills District of Raleigh, NC. The marketing efforts of The Ambitious Group welcomed over 150 guests, 9 local business vendors, and 3 strategic partners for the day.​

 

The event was hosted by Aaron Mullen (CEO of The Ambitious Group) and the itinerary included a 3-part workout circuit led by, JonathanGramby (Owner of GTA Fitness), Breanna Powell (Dance Instructor), and Bishop Daniels (Owner of Sweat HWC).

 

Throughout the day, attendees networked with one another, shopped with various small business vendors, and supported local food trucks in between workout sessions, making for a great overall experience.

 

Fabletics was able to receive a boost in VIP Membership subscriptions, which also allowed its local flagship storefront to gain equity from a brand awareness perspective.​

 

The Ambitious Group is excited to continue its partnership with Fabletics and looks forward to planning additional activations in the community!
