The Ambitious Group was enlisted to provide event coverage for Environmentalist, Ron Griswell during his speaking engagement for the Jack and Jill Foundation's leadership summit on the campus of North Carolina Central University in January.

Ron Griswell, a native of Elizabeth City, NC and a graduate of North Carolina A&T is the Founder of HBCU's Outside, a grass-roots organization dedicated on encouraging HBCU students and alumni to get active in their communities by exploring nature as well as becoming better leaders in order to shape a healthier and more inclusive planet and corporate workplace.

HBCU's Outside has partnered with brands such as Teva, NPR, BET and Eddie Bauer in order to provide HBCU students with resources on how to properly access outdoor equipment, build community credibility around social media narratives, and involve outdoor brands/partners at the corporate level to create career pathways for aspiring African American students.

Ron also recruited strategic partners, Greggory Backpacks, Ford Bronco and Path Water to donate branded materials for the kids of Boys and Girls Club of Durham and Orange Counties for the affair.
