As Founder and CEO of The Ambitious Group, Aaron Mullen envisioned the need for a multi-faceted creative agency that unified the disciplines of digital marketing, content production, and event management, enabling businesses to accomplish their goals through digital strategy and creative execution.

With nearly a decade of experience deeply rooted in content marketing, digital strategy, and data analytics, Aaron has been able to optimize digital performance through a creative lens while making impactful recommendations supported by analytical insights. His career has been dedicated to helping agencies and brands amplify their digital messaging across social media through creative storytelling, providing holistic approaches to effective influencer marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.

As an expert within the field, Aaron has built an amazing reputation as an experiential marketer within the RDU area. Building elaborate marketing campaigns for Fabletics, Habitat For Humanity, VAE Raleigh, and Artspace over the years.

As an avid creative and skilled photographer, Aaron has also had his work published in the Raleigh Photographers Magazine, where he provided creative lifts on behalf of his clients for branding purposes. Prior to founding The Ambitious Group, Aaron worked within the social media analytics industry helping notable brands such as Coca Cola, Mikes Hard Lemonade, Hardee's, and Red Bull uncover actionable insights on social audiences for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. His insights have helped to shape the marketing initiatives and analytics strategies for agencies and privately held companies such as Dentsu Agies, Weber Shandwick, Havas World Wide, and The SpringHill Company.
